Turkish Translation of Press Release of ECJ regarding “Headscarf” Judgements

European Court of Justice rendered its long-waited decisions on the employees wearing headscarf. The court decided that in case of existence of internal rule, the demand of removal of headscarf from employer doesn’t constitutes direct or indirect discrimination however merely demand from a customer isn’t enough to justify such treatment.
